Requesting Account Deletion

At AyuVeda AI, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal and health data, you can do so through the following methods:

Option 1: Contact Support

Send an email from your registered email address to support@AyuVeda.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Our team will process your request within 48 hours.

Option 2: Chatbot Command

If you use our WhatsApp or Telegram bot, simply type the command "Delete My Data". The bot will guide you through the confirmation process to immediately deactivate your account and flag your data for deletion.

What Data is Deleted?

When you request account deletion, the following information is permanently removed from our active databases:

  • Profile Information: Name, email address, and platform IDs.
  • Health Records: Your Prakriti assessments, symptoms history, and uploaded health documents.
  • Chat History: All interactions with our AI health coach.

*Note: Some anonymized technical data may be retained for security and analytical purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Data Retention Period

After a deletion request is confirmed, your data is immediately restricted and slated for permanent removal. The complete deletion from all backups may take up to 30 days.
