Requesting Account Deletion
At Ayuveda AI™, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your data. If you wish to close your account, we irreversibly anonymize the personal and health details stored with it. The account row stays so related records remain valid, but it cannot be restored or tied back to you.
In the app
Sign in and open Settings. Confirm account deletion there. We anonymize your profile, chat, assessments, and uploaded health files immediately.
By email
If you use WhatsApp or Telegram, or you cannot sign in, email support@ayuveda.ai from your registered address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We process that request within 48 hours using the same anonymization.
What is anonymized?
When you confirm closure, we overwrite the following so it can no longer be linked to you:
- Profile Information: Name, email address, and platform IDs.
- Health Records: Your Prakriti assessments, symptoms history, and uploaded health documents.
- Chat History: All interactions with our AI health coach.
*Note: Some anonymized technical data may be retained for security and analytical purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Data Retention Period
Anonymization of the live database happens when the request is confirmed. Copies in backups may remain for up to 30 days, then age out. Signing up again with the same email creates a new account. The anonymized account cannot be reactivated.
